Socati, a subsidiary of Yooma Wellness, is launching a division focused on CBD formulations and product development. The Socati Formulations division will work with Socati’s manufacturing partners and customers to offer a full concept-to-market service for companies building products with customized cannabinoid ratios and trendy functional ingredients.

“We’re seeing new and exciting trends in the CBD space which we’re fortunate to be able to react to quickly and with world-class expertise,” commented Mark Elfenbein, Chief Revenue Officer of Socati. “With a sharp focus on wellbeing seen around the world, an increasing number of people are looking for new and innovative products with ingredients they know and trust.”

The company said Socait Formulations was launched in response to increasing demand in the CBD market for high-quality finished products with organic cannabindoids and functional ingredients, including ashwagandha, rhodiola rosea, l-theanine, curcumin, elderberry extracts, melatonin and others.

“Yooma is extremely excited about the launch of Socati Formulations,” added Lorne Abony, Chairman of Yooma. “The Socati team is already working with several leading consumer brands to create new and unique products which will be available to customers in the coming weeks and months.”

The company said that the new division is staffed with formulation and product development experts. It will launch dozens of products, including gummies, tinctures, pet products and proprietary water-dispersible flavored crystal stick packs. It also will offer white-glove service for new and existing companies.

Socati noted that all of its ingredients contain non-detectable levels of THC, high-purity CBD and custom minor cannabinoid ratios. The ingredients are non-GMO, third-party tested and verified, produced in a GFIS-certified processing facility, kosher and made to ingredient-grade specification.
