Puration set to close CBD sexual wellness acquisition

salazar

Puration’s latest acquisition is set to close soon. The Dallas-based company’s buy of a CBD-infused sexual wellness company is set to be finished on June 25, marking its fourth acquisition this year and its entry into the global sexual wellness market, which Report Buyer estimates will total $39 billion by 2024.

The company, which goes by Pura, in January launched its campaign to acquiring business in CBD beverages and edibles, as well as topicals. Pura said that most of its revenue is generated through sales of its EveRx CBD Sports Water, reporting $2.7 million in sales last year and $800,000 in sales for the first quarter of 2020.

Pura said that once the sexual wellness acquisition closes, it would be issuing a comprehensive update on the acquisition campaign, set for June 30.
