Lassen Labs unveils flagship cream

salazar

Lassen Labs is the latest company to join the CBD category with the launch of its Lassen Relief Cream. The product, which the Santa Cruz, Calif.-based company said is the result of 18 months of research and development, combines CBD with soothing botanicals and a proprietary delivery method.

Lassen Relief Cream contains 1,000 mg of CBD in a 1.7-fl.-oz. airless pump, offering 16 mg of CBD per pump. Each pump delivers the company’s pharmaceutical-grade nanoblend CBD, as well as arnica and aloe via its nano-liposomal delivery system. Each container contains 60 pumps or roughly a 30-day supply, the company said.

"Our proprietary nanotechnology increases bioavailability and enhances the efficacy of the CBD, making Lassen products fast-acting with rapid absorption that works synergistically with our natural biology,” CEO Kathleen Grave said. “This is what sets us apart and makes this patent-pending delivery system truly one of a kind.”

Lassen Labs said all of its products are verifiable according to pharmaceutical industry standards, and its facilities are Food and Drug Administration-registered and follow current good manufacturing practices. Products are third-party tested for cannabinoid content, terpenes, heavy metals, solvents, microbes and mycotoxins, the company said.

"At Lassen Labs purity is our top priority. We triple test our products throughout our supply chain to ensure our quality exceeds industry standards,” chief marketing officer Kendra Hansen said. “All products are hemp derived, contain zero THC, and include beneficial essential oils and organic ingredients."
